MSM原理及其在直线驱动器上的应用
The Theory of MSM Alloy and Application in Linear Actuator
【摘要】 磁控形状记忆合金(M SM)是一种新型功能材料,具有形变量大和机电能量转换效率高的特点。该文首先介绍了M SM在磁场作用下的形变机理,并测得在0.4 T的磁场下其自由形变率可达3.6%。然后分析利用仿生学蠕动原理将M SM小步距的位移累加形成直线驱动器所需要的大行程的工作原理,设计出了M SM直线驱动器及其控制系统,最后给出了样机的实验结果。
【Abstract】 The magnetically controlled Shape Memory alloy (MSM) is a new type of functional materials,which has large strain and high efficiency of electeomechanical energy conversion.In this paper,the MSM mechanism when activated by magnetic field is introduced.Static testing shows that the magnitude of strain at 0.4 T is (3.6%).The operation principle of inchworm type MSM linear actuator as well as the design and control system of the actuator are introduced.The experimental results of an inchworm MSM prototype linear actuator are also presented.
