高温高频用改性PbTiO3压电陶瓷材料的研究
Investigation on Modified PbTiO3 Piezoelectric Ceramic Materials for High Temperature and High Frequency Applications
【摘要】 基于改性PbTiO3陶瓷制备高温高频压电陶瓷材料,对ABO3型钙钛矿结构B位复合取代的(1-x)PbT iO3+x Pb(Cd4/9N b2/9W3/9)O3系压电陶瓷材料进行了研究。实验结果指出,当x=0.2时,掺入适量的改性添加物M nO2,经适当的工艺过程,可得压电性能优良的高温高频压电陶瓷材料。其中,材料的居里温度TC≥480°C,机械品质因数Qm>2 000,机电耦合系数kt可达0.45,介电常数ε约为200,是一种很有前途的高温高频压电陶瓷材料。
【Abstract】 For getting piezoelectric ceramic materials for high temperature and high fre quency applications,some methods based on the modification of PbTiO3piezoelectric ceramic materials hove been introduced. A solidsolution system (1-x)PbTiO3+xPb(Cd4/9Nb2/9W3/9)O3has been investigated for its piezoelectric properties as theB-position complex substitution of ABO3perovskite structure. The experiment results show that the ceramic mate-rials with the excellent piezoelectric properties for high temperature and high frequency applications can be obtainedby adding proper amount of additives MnO2, and adopting appropriate technology process when x is 0.2. The highTC(≥480°C), high Qm(>2 000), large kt(=0.45) and lowε(about 200) at room temperature make it possible tobe used in high temperature and high frequency fields.
