光纤布喇格光栅的压力增敏封装研究
Pressure Sensitivity Enhancing Experiment of Fiber Bragg Gratings
【摘要】 将光纤布喇格光栅置于两种均匀混合的有机聚合物基底中,并对其进行压力敏感研究,由于聚合物基底的带动作用,在0~10 M Pa内,封装后的光纤布喇格光栅元件压力敏感系数为裸光纤光栅的60.1倍,在0~30 M Pa内,封装后的光纤布喇格光栅元件压力敏感系数为裸光纤光栅的38.4倍。
【Abstract】 An approach of mixed polymer block package for the fiber Bragg grating has been proposed in this paper.Because of the driving effect of the polymer substrate, the measured pressure sensitivity coefficient is increased by more than 60.1 times than that of a bare fiber Bragg grating during 0~10 MPa and by more than 38.4 times than that of a bare fiber Bragg grating during 0~30 MPa.
