压电泵振动放射噪声的研究

【摘要】 压电泵的动力源是由压电陶瓷片及金属放大片所组成的压电振子,产生振动及噪声是这种泵所不可避免的必然现象。该文对压电泵振动放射噪声进行了研究。首先提出了由振动量计算合成声压的理论模型;然后开发了压电振子的振动及振动产生放射噪声测试的试验装置,并利用这种装置适时跟踪测试了压电泵的振动与噪声;最后把理论计算与试验测试进行了比较,其结果证明了振动量计算合成声压理论的正确性。

【Abstract】 The power of piezoelectric pump comes from the piezoelectric vibrator which consists of piezoelectric ceramic patch and metal vibration amplify patch, so it is inevitable for the type of pump to generate vibration and noise. A research on the vibration radiation noise of piezoelectric pump is given in this paper. Firstly, the theoretic model is introduced, which calculates the synthetic sound pressure according to the vibration quantity. Then, the experimental devices that are used to monitor and measure the vibration of piezoelectric vibrator and the radiation noise generated by the vibration are developed. A real-time track and monitor to the vibration and noise of piezoelectric pump is made by using the device. Finally, makes a comparison between the theoretic calculation and experimental testing is made. The result approves the theory that calculates the synthetic sound pressure according to the vibration quantity is true.
