【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new approach facial plastic surgery, to combine with other operations for a better effect.Methods Starting from the lower part of the ear, stick in and carry out fat suction in a radiation shape. Results Since 1996, we have carried out 19 cases (facial shaping) of facial liposuction. 90% of are successful. No complications like hemotoma, skin dermotoxin or neuro-palsy is detected.Conclusion This is an ideal approach for facial liposuction. Better effect can be achieved when combining with cheek fat-removing operation.更多还原
