【摘要】 为探讨烟草低头黑病菌与烟草之间的分子互作 ,于 2 0 0 2年进行了烟草低头黑病菌毒素对烟草细胞膜透性和叶绿素含量影响的试验。结果表明 ,烟草低头黑病菌毒素可以引起烟草细胞膜透性增加 ;该毒素对不同抗感烟草品种细胞膜透性的影响有差异 ;该毒素接种后 36～ 6 0h烟叶的叶绿素含量有不同程度的降低更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of Colletotrichum capsici f. nicotianae toxin on cell membrane permeability and chlorophyll content of tobacco was experimented in 2002. The results showed that the cell membrane permeability of tobacco could be increased by toxin inoculating, however, the influences were different among tobacco cultivars with different resistance to Colletotrichum capsici f. nicotianae. The content of chlorophyll was reduced to some extent 36-60h after toxin inoculating.更多还原
