【摘要】 对烤烟K32 6品种上、中、下 3个部位的初熟、适熟和过熟鲜烟叶进行快速石蜡包埋切片 ,观察分析烟叶的组织结构。结果表明 :随着烟叶成熟度的提高 ,表皮细胞宽度、海绵组织厚度逐渐增加 ,栅栏组织厚 /海绵组织厚 (组织比 )则逐渐减小 ;栅栏组织细胞间隙、海绵组织细胞间隙以适熟烟叶最大 ;栅栏组织厚、海绵组织厚与烟叶厚度均呈显著相关 ,相关系数分别为 0 79和 0 94。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paraffin embedded mature,ripe,and overripe fresh leaves from upper,middle and lower stalk positions of flue_cured tobacco cv.K326 were sliced rapidly,and the tissue of lamina was observed. The results showed that the width of epidermis cell and the thickness of spongy tissue were increased, and the thickness ratio of palisade to spongy decreased with the increase of maturity degree.The palisade and spongy tissues of ripe leaves had the largest cell clearances.The thickness of palisade and spongy tissues was significantly correlated with leaf thickness,and the correlation coefficients were 0.79 and 0.94,respectively.更多还原
