烟叶水浸液的总酸度与其部位、颜色、等级的关系

【摘要】 检测了 88种烤烟烟叶水浸液的总酸度及其pH值。结果表明 :①同一等级不同地区烟叶水浸液的总酸度或pH值不同 ;②上部烟叶水浸液的总酸度最高 ,其次是中部 ,下部最低 ;③上、中、下部烟叶水浸液的总酸度随其等级的变化趋势均不明显 ;④烟叶水浸液的总酸度或pH值与烟叶颜色的关系不大 ;⑤烟叶水浸液的总酸度随着其厚度的增加而增大

【Abstract】 The total acidity and pH value of aqueous infusion of 88 kinds of flue_cured tobacco were measured. The results showed that:1) the total acidity or pH value of aqueous infusion of same grade of tobacco leaf grown at different areas was different;2) the total acidity of aqueous infusion of upper leaf was the highest,followed by cutter,and that of lower leaf was the lowest;3) the total acidity of aqueous infusion of leaves from the three stalk positions displayed no evident correlation with their grade and color;and 4) the total acidity of tobacco leaf aqueous infusion (increased) with the increase of leaf thickness.
