【摘要】 提出了知识型公共组织的概念,建立了知识型公共组织相对效率评价的指标体系,并着重论述了如何将测度无形知识资源的隐性主观指标与测度有形物质资源的客观指标结合,以形成对投入产出指标所含的知识总量的测度。在此基础上,运用方法对知识型公共组织进行了效率分析,并以公安组织为例,得出了提高公共组织效率的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper proposes the concept of knowledge-based public organizations, establishes the measurement system of evaluating the relative efficiency of knowledge-based public organizations,and discusses how to combine the recessive subjective indexes which are used to measure intangible knowledge resources with objective ones used for tangible substance resources,so that total knowledge which input-output indexes include can be measured. Then based on these, we analyse the efficiency of knowledge-based public organizations by applying the method, take a police organization as an example and obtain some useful information which can improve the efficiency of knowledge-based public organizations and can be used as the references for decision makers.更多还原
