【摘要】 目的比较分析不同手术方式在治疗高血压脑出血的临床应用。方法回顾性分析154例高血压脑出血的临床资料。结果微创碎吸引流术62例,小骨窗开颅血肿清除术53例,大骨窗开颅血肿清除术39例;死亡20例,存活134,ADL功能恢复分级Ⅰ级47例,Ⅱ级52例,Ⅲ级38例,Ⅳ级11例,Ⅴ级6例。结论高血压脑出血应根据不同病情分级而选用个体化手术方式治疗,并加强术后管理,积极预防并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To compare the clinical value of different operative methods for the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. [Methods] The clinical data of 154 patients suffering form hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were reviewed retrospectively. [Result] Minimal invasive drainage was performed on 62 patients, keyhole approach craniotomy on 53 and conventional approach craniotomy on 39. 20 patients died. The activities of daily living (ADL) was performed on the 134 survivals to find that 47 patients in ADL-Ⅰ, 52 in ADL-Ⅱ, 38 in ADL-Ⅲ, 11 in ADL-Ⅳ, 6 in ADL-Ⅴ. [Conclusion] The surgical treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage should be performed on different operative methods according to different clinical conditions, and the postoperative management should be emphasized to minimize the complications.更多还原
