丹参注射液预防全髋关节置换术后DVT发生的研究

【摘要】 目的评估丹参注射液对全髋关节置换术后患者术后深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法该科2000年1月~2005年2月THA患者88例,均为单侧,以就诊顺序排序,按随机数字表法随机将患者分为丹参组和速避凝组。其中丹参组男27例,女17例,平均年龄(63.8±4.2)岁;速避凝组男25例,女19例,平均年龄(64.5±5.3)岁,术前3d开始分别采用丹参注射液和速避凝治疗,共10d。结果丹参组44例中7例发现DVT形成,DVT发生率15.9%;速避凝组44例中9例发现DVT形成,DVT发生率20.5%,两组间对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论丹参注射液可有效防止全髋关节置换术后患者深静脉血栓形成,且无毒副反应。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the effect of salviamiltiorrhiza injiection for prevention of deep vein thrombosis after top hip replace. [Methods] After being retrospectively analyzed all the 88 cases of THA in the hospital from 2001 January to 2005 February, divided into 2 groups in random, group of salviamiltiorrhiza injiection 44 cases, average age was(63.8±4.2); control group 44 cases, average age was (64.5±5.3). Patients were injected respectively salviamiltiorrhiza injiection and low molecule heparin before 3 day pre-operation. [Results] 7 cases DVT in group of salviamiltiorrhiza injiection, incidence rate was 15.9%; 9 cases DVT in control group , incidence rate was 20.5%. There are no significant difference (P >0.05). [Conclusions] Salviamiltiorrhiza injiection can prevent incidence of deep vein thrombosis after top hip replace.
