全营养混合液对胆石症患者术后康复效果的评价

【摘要】 目的评价全营养混合液(totalnutrientadmixture,TNA)对胆道术后的临床康复效果。方法将3526例胆道手术病例随机分为A、B两组,A组采用TNA输液治疗,B组采用普通输液治疗,然后统计分析两组病的电解质紊乱率、切口感染率,七日拆线率、切口不愈合率、PA、ALB、ALT、AST、平均住院天数及平均住院费用等相关指标,以评价TNA对胆道手术患者的康复效果。结果A组电解质紊乱率、切口感染率、切口不愈合率及均住院天数均小于B组(P<0.05);A组7d拆线率、肝功能异常发生率、PA、ALT和AST水平均高于B组(P<0.05);两组平均住院费用差异(P>0.05)。结论TNA对胆道术后的临床康复效果优于普通输液方式;但其可能引起肝功能可逆性损害。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the recovery effects of cholelithiasis patients after operation treated with total nutrient admixture(TNA). [Methods] 3 526 cholelithiasis patients were divided randenly into two groups(A group and B group). A group was treated with TNA, and B group was treated with separate solutions. Then the rates of the disturbance of electrolyte, wound infection, unhealing of the wound and taking out stitches after 7 operated days, and the levels of the alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), albumi(ALB), prealbumin(PA), days and fiscal expenses being hospitalized were analyzed between A and B groups. [Results] The rates between A and B groups of the disturbance of electrolyte, wound infection, unhealing of the wound, ALT, AST, ALB, PA and days being hospitalized had statistical difference (P<0.05); while the fiscal expenses being hospitalized hadn′t statistical difference (P>0.05). [Conclusions] For cholelithiasis operational patients, TNA is more effective than separate solutions , while it is maybe reversibly harmful to patients’ hepatic functions.
