【摘要】 目的观察妇炎净洗液对外阴炎、霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎和非特异性阴道炎的疗效。方法用试管法测定妇炎净最低抑菌浓度(MIC),临床观察186例外阴炎、霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎和非特异性阴道炎患者治疗效果。结果妇炎净洗液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的MIC为1∶16,临床观察186例外阴炎、霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎和非特异性阴道炎患者经妇炎净治疗后有效率达92.47%。结论金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌对妇炎净洗液高度敏感;妇炎净洗液对外阴炎、霉菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎和非特异性阴道炎患者疗效良好,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effects of Fuyanjing lotion to treat vulvitis, colpitis mycotica, trichomonas vaginitis, and non- specific vaginitis. Method The therapeutic effect of 186 patients with vulvitis, colpitis mycotica, trichomonas vaginitis, or non- specific vaginitis was retrospectively observed by testing the Mini- mum Inhibitory Concentration(MIC) of Fuyanjing lotion by test tube method.ResultThe MIC of Fuyanjing lotion to Staphylococcus aureus and Blastomyces albicans was 1∶16, among 186 patents, 92.47% were crued. Conclu- sionStaphylococcus aureus and candidaalbicans are highly sensitive to Fuyanjing lotion; Fuyanjing lotion is an ef- fective and safe medicine to treat vulvitis, colpitis mycotica, trichomonas vaginitis, and non- specificity vaginitis.更多还原
