【摘要】 目的探讨骨盆骨折并发症的诊治方法。方法回顾性研究该院1997年12月~2003年12月74例骨盆骨折并发症的的诊治情况。结果本组74例患者2例因休克时间过长导致死亡外,其余均获得了良好的疗效。结论骨盆骨折其危险性主要为顽固性出血和某些并发症,死亡率高,但只要早期诊断,及时正确治疗,绝大多数会获得满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the methods of diagnosis and treatment f or pelvis fracture syndrome. Methods Studying the result of 74 sample of fra cture in pelvis from Dec.1992 to Dec.2003 in our hospital. Results In spit e that one sample died for postponed making diagnosis and giving treatment and l ong shock .The curative effect of the others was good. Conclusions The fract ure in pelvis will give feverous injure on suffer The ratio of syndrome is high. If the cure is improper, the rate of death is high.
