【摘要】 目的探讨集体支持下的乳腺癌患者的人格及获得的社会支持程度。方法通过乳腺癌患者调查,选择109例受试者分为3组:实验组(集体支持组)为连续参加抗癌乐园活动半年以上的乳腺癌患者38人;对照组Ⅰ经医院治疗后回家半年到1a而未参加抗癌乐园活动的乳腺癌患者36人,实验组Ⅱ为正在医院接受放疗治疗的乳腺癌患者35人。结果参加集体支持活动的乳腺癌患者的社会支持的客观支持和支持利用明显好于对照组,但主观支持低于对照组Ⅱ,且以外向型性格者居多。结论积极参加集体支持活动有助于乳腺癌患者获得多方面的社会支持,有效的缓解患者的负性情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the patient′s personality and the d egree of support acquired from the society, who are suffering from breast cancer under the group support. Methods Research patience suffered from breast can cer. Selected 109 case of subjects and divided them into three groups: Experimen tal group(group under group support) contain 38 patients suffering from breast c ancer who participated continuously in the activities held by Dalian Xinghai Ant icancer Club for more than half a year. Comparing group Ⅰ contained 36 patients suffering from breast cancer who stay at home for 6 months to 12 months after b eing treated in hospital, instead of participating in the activities held by ant icancer club. Comparing group Ⅱ contained 35 patient who were recepting radioac tive treatment. Results Patients suffering from breast cancer who participat ed in group support activities own better object support and support quality of society than those didn′t participate. But subject support was lower than that from comparing group Ⅱ,what more,the obvious experience was outing character. Conclusion Participating group support activities actively can contribute th e patients suffering from breast cancer to gain more kinds of supports from soci ety, and have effect to relieve patients vegative mood.更多还原
