【摘要】 [背景]探讨T型踝关节矫正钢板应用于踝关节骨折中的疗效.[病例报告]应用T型踝关节矫正钢板给46例踝关节骨折脱位的患者的外踝骨折进行固定,术后随访6～15个月.采用Weber评分标准评定疗效,优者为33例,良者为10例,差者为3例,有效率为93%.[讨论]T型踝关节矫正钢板应用于踝关节骨折中具有固定牢固,可进行早期功能锻炼及术后康复快等优点.更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUNDTo explore the results of type of steel plate in the surgical treatment of lateral malleolous fractures and observe the postoperative (rehabilitation.)CASE REPORTS46 cases of lateral malleolar fractures were followed up from 6 months to 15 months. According to weber grading standard, their clinical treatment results were assessed.46 patients with an excellent result in 33 cases, good in 10 cases and poor in 3 cases.
