【摘要】 [背景]探讨经皮腰椎间盘摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的适应症及最佳工作套管针外径.[病例报告]将经CT及MRI确诊为包容型腰椎间盘突出症的10例患者随机分为2个组,在C型臂X光机透视下,应用国产自动螺旋式椎间盘摘除器,分别采用外径为25mm和30mm的工作套管针给两组患者进行手术治疗,结果示显效为9例,有效为1例,两组患者术后疗效相似.[讨论]经皮腰椎间盘摘除术是治疗包容型腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,而外径为25mm的工作套管针更为适用.更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUND?To study the indication and the best size of external diameter of job’s trocar of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy (PLD) for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.?CASE REPORTS?10 cases with bulge lumbar disc herniation dignosed by CT or MRI were divided into 2 groups and treated with 2.5?mm or 3.0?mm external diameter of job’s trocar. All cases were performed the PLD in lateral decubitus. 9 cases had excellent effect, and 1 case was good, and curative effect between two groups was basic homology.?~DISCUSSION ?PLD with 2.5?mm external diameter of job’s trocar is effective method for treating lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
