【Abstract】 The phony goods not only disturb the normal order of market, but also do harm to the consumer’s life, wealth and health. This needs some strict supervision of some government’s departments, which belongs to society’s regulation according to regulation economics. But we can see a lot of such news on the newspaper ,which worry us.
