【Abstract】 A new synthetic route is designed for pruliflozacin. In this new route, starting materials (raw and processed materials) can be obtained easily from commercials, operations are simple and the yields are stable. The final product is characterized by 1H、13C、19F NMR and IR、 Ms. The results indicated the compound is reliably in quality.
