基于AE数值模拟的压电元件传感特性研究
Research on Sensing Characteristic of Piezoelectric Transducer Based on AE Numerical Simulation
【摘要】 建立结构与压电材料传感元件的二维有限元模型,模拟结构中一种声发射(AE)的产生和传播。通过读取结构表面特定位置节点加速度与压电相节点电压时域信号,实现了结构中微观的AE波传播与宏观的输出电压信号的有机结合,并讨论这种无噪声影响理想条件下1-3型压电复合材料(1-3型PCM)、压电偶极子对、普通PZT材料用于模拟的AE检测时,对AE波径向共振与厚度共振的响应特性。
【Abstract】 Founded the 2-D model of structure and transducer,simulated the generation and spread about a sort of acoustic emission(AE).By reading the particular node acceleration and the transducer node volt-signal on the surface of the structure,achieved the combination of microcosmic spread of AE wave and macroscopical output signal,discussed response characteristic of radial and portrait resonance about the 1-3 piezoelectric composite material(1-3PCM),piezoelectric dipole,PZT
