基于ATmega128单片机的车轮平衡机检测系统

【摘要】 研究车轮平衡机的力学模型,介绍车轮不平衡量检测的原理与方法,以ATmega128单片机为核心进行软硬件设计,采用硬件滤波和数字互相关滤波结合的方法,得到与主轴转速同频的振动分量的幅值和相位,并进一步求出车轮两个加重面的不平衡量。结果表明:系统经校准后,可以在7s内一次检定各种型号小车轮胎的不平衡量,其平衡精度、重复性、稳定性等各项技术指标均达到国际水平。

【Abstract】 The mechanical model of wheel balancer was studied and the principle and method of measuring unbalanced wheel were presented.The hardware and software were designed based on ATmega128 MCU,and the amplitude and the phase of the vibration vector synchronous to main-shaft rotating were found after hardware filtering and digital cross-correlation filtering,then the unbalanced weight on the two weighting planes was resolved.The experimental results show that this type of balancer can measure the unbalanced weight of car type tyre one-time within seven second after calibration,and its balancing accuracy,repeatable accuracy and stability all reach to the level of international.
