【摘要】 针对粉尘污染净化治理中对电除尘器的实际需求,以西门子S7-200PLC为核心,设计电除尘低压控制系统,通过异步并行接口使用普通开关量输入以选通时序方式完成现场温度采集。给出了低压系统中的温度采集和加热器控制的方法和程序以及振打卸灰时序和程序。实际运行证明该方法合理有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the practical requirement of Electrostatic Precipitators(ESP)in the purifying process of powder dust pollution,SIEMENS S7-200 PLC was adopted as heart part to design the low-voltage controller system of ESP.Through asynchronous parallel port,field temperature acquisitlon has been accomplished by gating time sequences method which was realized by ordinary switch input.Programs and approaches which were used to collect temperature and control heater in the low-voltage system were given out.Practical operating has proved that the approach is rational and effective.更多还原
