静重式力标准机控制系统的设计
Control System Design of Dead Weigh Force Standard Machine
【摘要】 介绍了1MN静重式力标准机控制系统的设计。在系统中,采用PC机为上位机进行监控,通过接口电路实现与下位机的通信,达到发送指令,接受反馈信号的目的。下位机使用西门子公司S7-200可编程控制器和MCS-51单片机,一方面接收上位机发出的控制指令,实现对现场动作的控制,另一方面,将设备的状态信息及时返回到上位机,实现真正意义上的实时控制。
【Abstract】 A design method of the 1MN force standard machine control system was introduced.In the system,computer as high-grade monitor and communicate with low-grade through interface send out order and receive feedback signal.S7-200 programmable logic controller produced by siemens companies and MCS-51 single chip as low-grade,receive order sended by high-grade to control spot act and return information of equipment to high-grade,the system carrys out really momently control.
