基于MEMS技术的样品预处理生物芯片
Sample Pretreatment Biochip Based on Micro Electro Mechanical Systems
【摘要】 基于微电子机械系统(MEMS)技术的样品预处理生物芯片是一种微型化的生物样品预处理器,它具有体积小、试剂消耗少、处理速度快、可实现集成自动化等优点,成为微全分析系统(μ-TAS)研究的热点和难点。综述了基于MEMS技术的3类具有不同功能的样品预处理生物芯片,介绍了样品预处理芯片的原理、结构、分类及应用,并探讨了其发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The sample pretreatment biochip based on micro electro mechanical systems is a kind of micro devices to pretreat the biologic samples.Due to its miniaturization,less reagent used,and remarkable sensitivity,it becomes the hotspots and difficulties in the research of miniaturized total chemical analysis system.It is detailed to introduce three kinds of sample pretreatment biochip with different function based on MEMS in this contribution.The principle,structure,specification,application of the sample pretreatment biochip were described.This review provides a thorough overview of the developments.
