【Abstract】 Flexible AC Transmission/Distribution System(FACTS/DFACTS)features in rapid response, accuracy control and weak robust. STATCOM(Static Compensator)is a kind of FACTS devices. Its operation monitoring and control system needs high performances. Dual CAN (Control Aerea Network) bus and its communication protocols of monitoring and control system based on Motorola DSP56F807 were designed and realized.
