壳聚糖与生长因子复合贴剂对创面愈合的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探讨壳聚糖与生长因子为主的复合贴剂,对大鼠感染创面的治疗效果。方法用Wistar大鼠制作创面感染模型,分别以壳聚糖与生长因子的复合贴剂(实验一组)和生长因子喷雾剂(实验二组)进行创面换药,对照组仅以生理盐水清洗创面。结果⑴对照组和实验一、二组创面愈合时间分别为(15.60±0.55)d、(11.90±0.45)d和(13.65±0.45)d;⑵在创面肉芽组织出现时间和创面分泌物减少时间两方面,实验一组明显较对照组和实验二组缩短,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论⑴壳聚糖具有较明显的抗菌、消炎、减少创面渗出之功能,为生长因子充分发挥促细胞增殖作用提供了基础;⑵壳聚糖复合贴剂覆于创面可形成保护薄膜,使创面在换药、愈合过程中免于再损伤。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of combined membrane of Chitosan and growth factors on the wound surface recovery.Method Wistar Rats were used as models of wound surface. Dressing change of wound surface was performed separately by combined membrane of Chitosan and growth factors (Experimental group one), and growth factor spraying form (Experimental group two). The wound surface of control group were washed by 0.9% NaCl.Result ⑴ The recovery duration of control group, experimental group one and experimental two are the following, (15.60±0.55) days, (11.90±0.45) days and (13.65±0.45) days. ⑵The duration of granulation tissue appearance and secretary juice decreasing are significantly shorter in experimental group one than those in control group and experimental group two (P<0.05).Conclusions ⑴Chitosan has obvious function of antibiotics, anti-inflammation and decreasing secretary juice, which provides basis for growth factors to promote cell proliferation. ⑵The combined membrane of Chitosan can be protective membrane for wound surface, prevent it from again damage in dressing change and process of recovery.
