【摘要】 目的　采用反相液相色谱紫外检测法测定消痔灵片中胆酸的含量。方法　采用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱(HypersilC18, 150mm×4. 6mm, 5μm)。流动相:乙腈水冰醋酸(37∶63∶0. 01),流速: 0. 8mL·min-1,检测波长190nm,外标法定量。结果　消痔灵片中胆酸与其他成分得到较好分离,在0. 05 ~ 4. 00mg·mL-1范围内线性良好(r= 0. 9999);回归方程为Y= 11.99+2086.02X。检测限为0. 9μg;样品低,中,高3种浓度的方法回收率为98. 4 % ~99. 7 %;精密度RSD < 2. 0%。结论　本法结果准确,重复性良好,方法简便可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective RP-HPLC method was developed to detect the content of cholic acid in Xiaozhiling Pian. Method Hypersil C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water- acetic acid (37 ∶ 63 ∶ 0.01). The detection was done at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min -1 , 190 nm, injection 20 μL, and external standard method was adopted to determine cholic acid. Result All the results for the standards curve, the recovery and the separation showed that the method is satisfactory. Cholic acid can be well separated from other compounds in Xiaozhiling Tablet. The range of calibration curve was 0.05 mg·mL -1 ~ 4.00 mg·mL -1 ( r = 0.9999). The method recovery of low, media and high method was 98.4 % ~ 99.7 % and the RSD < 2 %. Conclusion The method for determination the content of cholic acid in Xiaozhiling Tablet is simple rapid and reliable.更多还原
