蜂胶总黄酮对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用
Protective effects of the total flavones of propolis(TFP) on myocardial ischemic-reperfused injury in rats
【摘要】 目的 研究蜂胶总黄酮对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的影响。方法 制备大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤模型, 研究蜂胶总黄酮对其血清中MDA和SOD以及NO的影响,同时以电镜和光镜观察了其病理组织形态。结果 HE染色组织形态学观察显示,与模型组比较,蜂胶总黄酮组的细胞形态有明显的改善,炎细胞浸润也有减轻;电镜超微结构显示,蜂胶总黄酮组的心肌细胞超微结构与模型组相比亦有不同程度的改善;从各组心肌三酶均值水平来看,蜂胶总黄酮组与模型组比较均有不同程度的降低作用(P<0 05);并可明显降低MDA含量,增强SOD活力,还可增加NO含量。结论 蜂胶总黄酮对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Aim To study effects of the total flavones of propolis(TFP)on myocardial ischemic-reperfused injury in rats.Methods The model of myocardial ischemic-reperfused injury in rats was established. Rats were divided into sham-operation group,ischemia reperfusion group,TFP:100 and 200 mg·kg-1 two dosage groups. The activities of SOD and contents of MDA and NO in rats serum were measured. The morphology of rats pathological tissue were observed by light microscopy and electron microscope.Resutls HE staining method confirmed that TFP could obviously ameliorate cell structure and reduced inflammatory cell infiltration.Under electron microscope, the myocardial ultrastructure had different degree amelioration in TFP groups than that in model controls ,especially in high dose groups. The mean value of release of ASK,CK and LDH had different decrease action in TFP groups and model group, there was obviouse statistical difference,TFP obviously decreased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and NO and increased the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD).Conclusion TFP possesses an obviouse protective effect on myocardial ischemic-reperfused injury in rats.
