【Abstract】 Based on a sample of the reform experience in Maliu,Kai County,Chongqing City,and using the method of dis- secting a“sparrow”to analyze a typical case,this article summarizes the four behavioral factors of a service-type govern- ment,mcluding administration for the people;administration for the public interests;harmomous administration;monitoring administration by the public.At the same time,it also holds that these four behavioral factors are of importance and result from the development of CPC’s traditional working methods.更多还原
