【Abstract】 In order to meet the increasing need of administrative reform and non - governmental public administration or serv ice institutions, and to expedite the training of high- quality civil servants and administrative talents, it is essential to develop an effective education system for public administration. By comparing the characteristics, training approaches and teaching methods of the administrative education between China and United States, this paper attempts to seek the common themes of administrative education and explore possible directions of training approaches in Chinese administrative education so as to guide a better development of Beijing’s administrative education and civil servant’s training.更多还原
