大豆黄酮对衰老小鼠脑组织3种氧化酶水平的调节

【摘要】 观察大豆黄酮对D 半乳糖致衰老小鼠脑的抗衰老作用.连续背部注射D 半乳糖6 周,造衰老模型,然后灌胃大豆黄酮5周(实验组Ⅰ,Ⅱ的剂量分别为10,5 mg·kg-1·d-1),取脑测定脑组织中谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH Px)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)的活性.结果显示:与衰老对照组相比,实验组Ⅰ,Ⅱ的NOS,GSH Px活性均有提高,而MAO含量降低.表明大豆黄酮能增强衰老小鼠脑的抗氧化作用,提高其学习记忆能力.

【Abstract】 To observe daidzein on the effects of D-galactose-induced senescence in mice, D-galactose was injected in the dorsal of mice for 6 weeks as an aged model. Then fed daidzein to aged mice orally by gavage with the doses 10 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 (Test Ⅰ) and 5 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 (Test Ⅱ). At last took the brain tissue and examined the activity of GSH-Px,NOS and MAO. The results suggest that: compared to the model group, different dosage of daidzein may enhance the activity of GSH-Px,NOS and decrease the activity of MAO in the mice brain tissue. Daidzein may increase antioxidation of the mice′ brain and have antisenecence in some degree.
