段间蒸汽发生器改造总结
SUMMARY ON THE REVAMPING OF INTER-STAGE STEAM GENERATOR
【摘要】 布朗工艺空气压缩机段间冷却器热负荷过高,造成压缩机段间温度超温,影响压缩机满负荷运行,首次成功地对进口压缩机段间改造,增加段间蒸汽发生器后降低了段间空气温度,满足了压缩机运行工况,又合理利用其余热。
【Abstract】 The heat capacity of inter-stage cooler of the air compressor in ammonia plant (KBR technology process) of Jinxi Natural Gas Chemical Co. , Ltd. was too high, resulting in overheating in the inter-stage, the compressor therefore could not operate at full load. A successful modification to the inter-stage of the compressor has been achieved by adding inter-stage steam generator. This measure allows a reasonable utilization of heat surplus, and decreases the air temperature to satisfy the compressor as well.
