【摘要】 介绍国内首套自主知识产权粉煤加压气化技术的研发与运行情况。中试装置运行结果表明:该气化技术各项经济技术指标优越,有效气成分89%~93%,碳转化率98%~99%,冷煤气效率约84%,达到了国际先进水平,已具备产业化条件。

【Abstract】 Studies about the pilot plant of pressurized entrained-flow gasification for pulverized coal are presented. The operation results indicate that the gasification technology is excellent in each technical and economical index, with the (CO + H2) of 89% ~ 93% , carbon conversion rate of 98% -99% and the cold gas efficiency of-84% . As the first one of domestic intellectual property in pressurized entrained flow gasification for pulverized coal, this technology has reached the world advanced level and will be industrialized.
