【Abstract】 Objective To explore the observation and nursing care of delayed graft function (DGF) patients after renal transplantation. Methods Nursing care of 11 DGF cases were reviewed retrospectively. Results In the 11 DGF cases, allograft function of 8 cases recovered, allograft function of 2 cases lost and 2 cases died. Conclusions Intensive nursing can prevent post-transplantation complications effectively and be of great benefit to allograft function recovery after DGF.更多还原
