【摘要】 目的　探讨江阴市脂肪肝的患病率及其与相关因素的关系。方法　对江阴市 5 0 0 8名不同职业的人员作脂肪肝流行病学调查 ,应用统计学原理进行分类统计 ,最后进行检验。结果　脂肪肝群体患病率为 16 .11% ;男性检出率高于女性 ;5 1～ 60岁组检出率最高 (18 .2 8% ) ;少运动量者为 17. 19%。结论　肥胖、常饮酒、高胆固醇、高甘油三酯、高血糖、喜油腻食物、喜甜食、不喜蔬菜水果、少运动等系脂肪肝相关危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between the incidence rate of fatty liver and related factors in Jiangyin. Methods 5008 people of various professions were investigated under fatty liver epidemiology, the results were analysed and tested with statistical methods. Results The incidence rate of fatty liver in this group was 16.11%. The incidence of man was higher than woman, the people whose age between 51～60 had the highest incidence rate (18.28%); The people who had less physical movement had the incidence rate of 17.19%; Conclusion obesity, too much alcohol, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia,too much oily food, too much sweet food, less vegetables and fruits, less physical movemert were the related dangerous factors of fatty liver.更多还原
