伊布利特抗心律失常作用的电生理学基础及其临床意义
Electrophysiological element and clinical significance of ibutilide’s antiarrhythmic effect
【摘要】 伊布利特是一种新的Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物,对终止心房颤动和心房扑动的发作具有较高的疗效,本文主要对其抗心律失常作用的电生理学基础及其临床意义进行综述。
【Abstract】 Ibutilide is a new class Ⅲ antiarrhythmic agent,possessing good curative effect on the onset of atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter.Its’ electrophysiological basic property and clinical significance will be summarized in this paper.
