【摘要】 茶色素含有多种组分,根据颜色可分为茶黄素、茶红素、茶褐素3类。现已发现,茶色素具有调节血脂、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗心脑血管疾病的多种药理活性,以及调节机体免疫、抗菌、抗病毒等多方面的药理作用,并在多种相关疾病防治上具有确切疗效。本文对近年来茶色素药理作用研究进行了综述。更多还原
