紫外双波长分光光度法考察注射用加替沙星与头孢噻肟配伍的稳定性
Compatible stability of gatifloxacin for injection and cefotaxime by dual ultraviolet wavelength spectrophotometry
【摘要】 目的:考察加替沙星与头孢噻肟配伍的稳定性。方法:在22℃,观察8h内加替沙星( 2g·L-1 )与头孢噻肟(5g·L-1 )配伍液的外观、pH及紫外光谱的变化,用紫外双波长分光光度法测定2种药物的含量。结果:配伍液的pH值在8h内无明显变化,但其外观,随时间的延长颜色会逐渐加深;加替沙星和头孢噻肟的含量在6h后有明显的降低。结论:加替沙星与头孢噻肟可以配伍使用,但应在4h内滴注完毕。
【Abstract】 AIM: To study on the compatible stability of gatifloxacin for injection and cefotaxime in 5 % glucose injection and sodium chloride injection. METHODS: At room temperature (22 ℃),a dual ultraviolet spectrophotometry was designed to study on the change of content after compatibility of gatifloxacin and cefotaxime, and the change of the compatible liquid appearance and its pH were observed. RESULTS: The result showed that there was no evident variation in pH in 8 h. But some delayed color changes were observed. The content of gatifloxacin and cefotaxime were reduced slowly after 6 h. CONCLUSION: Gatifloxacin for injection can be mixed with cefotaxime injection in 5 % glucose injection and sodium chloride injection, but should be infused within 4 h.
