【摘要】 目的:探讨不典型肺结核的影像学表现特点,以期提高其正确诊断率。方法:回顾性分析41例不典型肺结核的影像学表现。结果:41例不典型肺结核中大片实变型肺结核7例,阻塞性肺炎型肺结核9例,成人纵隔淋巴结结核10例,血源性肺结核3例,块状型肺结核7例,结核性肺不张5例。结论:不典型肺结核影像学表现多种多样,放射科医师应提高对不典型肺结核影像学的认识,以提高其正确诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The main purpose of the study is to investigate the radiological characteristics of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis,so as to improve the correct diagnosis of the disease.Methods:Atypical radiological changes of chest X-ray in 41 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were analysed retrospectively.Results:Pulmonary consolidation occurred in 7 of 41 patients,while 9 patients had obstructive pneumonia-like tuberculosis.10 of 41 patients possessed tuberculosis in mediastinal lymphatic gland,and blood-originated tuberculosis appeared in another 3 patients.With 7 patients having massive tuberculosis in the lung tissues,the last 5 patients were afflected by pulmonary atelectasis resulted from tuberculosis.Conclusion:The chest X-ray of patients with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis may be miscellaneous,and the radiologist have to be boosted to have an intimate knowledge of these X-ray signs.更多还原
