【摘要】 目的:探讨封堵器介入治疗房间隔缺损(ASD)患者的护理及预防并发症发生的方法。方法:对161例接受介入治疗的房间隔缺损患者进行回顾性分析,并针对各自的并发症实施相应护理对策。结果:161例患者介入治疗技术成功率99.38%,1例缺损40mm,试封堵未成功放弃,术后1例发生传导阻滞,经治疗护理痊愈。结论:准确的术前决策,充分的术前准备,积极的术中、术后监护处理,对保证患者顺利通过手术、预防或减少并发症的发生有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the way of nursing care of ASD patients treated with device closure,and prevention of complications.Methods:Analyzing retrospectively 161 patients with ASD accepted interventional therapy and give them different nursing care according to their respection complications.Results:Of 161 patients interventional therrapy was successful in 99.38%.Treatment of one patient with a 40mm defect was abandoned after failing.One patient occurred pastopertive heart block,cured after treatment and nursing.Conclusion:To assure patients survive from operation,prevennt or reduce complications,it is significant to have exact preoperative decision,sufficient preoperative preparation and positive perioperative and postoperative nursing care.更多还原
