MR无创测温的原理及临床应用
The principles and clinical applications of MR noninvasive thermometry
【摘要】 间质热消融治疗,需要无创伤性测量温度在体内的分布,多种MR测温技术有望解决这一难题。选择不同的MR温度敏感参数,可产生T1和M0方法、D方法以及PRF方法达到MR无创测温,本文系统阐述其原理并探讨其临床应用价值。
【Abstract】 The interstitial thermal ablation therapy requires a noninvasive registration of temperature distribution in body.Several techniques of MR thermometry were reported to be a promising tool in solving this problem.To explicate the principles of T1 and M0 method,D method and PRF method,and discuss the clinical value of them.
