【摘要】 目的:探讨磁共振影像对微小脑膜瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析8例微小脑膜瘤磁共振影像。结果:微小脑膜瘤于常规T1WI呈等信号(7/8)或等低信号(1/8)。T2WI呈略低信号(6/8)或呈等信号(2/8),T1WI增强扫描呈均匀高信号。结论:微小脑膜瘤少见,磁共振可对其做出正确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of micromeningioma.Methods:MRI features of 8 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The intensity of micromeningioma on MRI included equel intensity on T₁WI（7/8）,or mixed intensity with equal and less lower intensity on T₁WI（1/8）,less lower intensity on T₂WI（6/8） and equal intensity on T₂WI（2/8） with spin-echo sequence.High intensity on T₁WI（8/8） with Gd-DTPA enhanced in all patients.Conclusion:Micromeningioma is an uncommon disease and can be diagnosed with MRI.更多还原
