【摘要】 目的:分析胃溃疡的特殊X线表现,提高对胃溃疡特殊X线表现的认识和诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析8例具有特殊X线征象胃溃疡的X线资料,病例均经病理活检或手术证实。结果:本组病例全部是良性胃溃疡,由于其具有酷似恶性胃溃疡的特殊X线征象,故诊断正确率低:明确诊断1例,疑似诊断3例,误诊4例。结论:通过对胃溃疡X线征象的充分分析与随访观察,可以提高对胃溃疡特殊X线表现的认识能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse gastric ulcer with special X-ray sign,so as to improve the recognitional and diagnosistic ability.Methods:The clinical and X-ray material with special X-ray sign of 8 gastric ulcer cases were analyzed retrospectively.They were all proved by the operation or pathology.Results:The gastric ulcer of all cases are benign. The correct diagnosis rate is low, because they have special X-ray sign similar to malignant gastric ulcer.In this material correct diagnosis 1 case, doubtable diagnosis 3 cases, mis-diagnosis 4 cases.Conclusion:The analysis of special X-ray sign of gastric ulcer carefully and the long-term follow up, we can improve the correct diagnosis rate of gastric ulcer with special X-ray sign.更多还原
