Objective:To study the image features and to assess the value of MRI in differential diagnosis if cavernous angiomas(CA) in the middle cranial fossa.Methods:Eleven patients with CA in the middle cranial fossa were examined on the 0.3T AIRIS-Ⅱ MR,SE sense in transverse, coronal, sagittal stalk to scan with plain and enhance, slide thickness 3~5mm.
