数字合成X线体层成像原理与研究进展
The principle and clinical research advances of digital X-ray tomosynthesis
【摘要】 数字合成X线体层成像是在传统体层摄影基础上结合现代计算机图像处理技术开发的一种有限角图像重建方法。通过在一次采集过程中获得的某个物体的多角度投影数据可回顾性重建任意层面任意数目的图像。本文旨在对其原理、国内外研究进展及临床应用潜力加以阐述。
【Abstract】 Digital X-ray tomosynthesis is a technique for producing slice images using conventional X-ray systems. Tomosynthesis improves upon conventional geometric tomography in that it allows an arbitrary number of in-focus planes to be generated retrospectively from a sequence of projection radiographs that are acquired during a single motion of the X-ray tube. By shifting and adding these projection radiographs, specific planes may be reconstructed.
