【摘要】 目的:探讨原发性颅内淋巴瘤的MRI表现特征。方法:回顾分析12例原发颅内淋巴瘤的MRI表现,其中8例经手术证实,4例经穿刺活检证实。12例均行MRI平扫及增强扫描。结果:12例病变均位于幕上,T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈等或高信号,信号均匀或不均匀。瘤周水肿多较明显。增强扫描肿块均明显强化,边缘光整或呈分叶状,坏死囊变区强化不明显或不强化。结论:颅内淋巴瘤的MRI表现有一定特征性,通过认真的影像分析,在术前作出正确诊断是可能的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the MR findings of single intracranial primary malignant lymphoma.Methods:MR findings in 12 patients were retrospectively analyzed, 8 cases were proved by operation and pathology,and 4 cases were proved by aspiration biopsy.Conventional and enhanced MR scan were carried on in all cases.Results:All lymphoma were in supratentoriun, hypointensity on T1WI, isointensity or hyperintensity on T2WI homogeneously. There was an obvious edema around the tumonrs. All lesions with smooth or lobular edge were enhanced obviously. Necrosis of the lesion was not enhanced.Conclusion:It has Intracranial lymphoma has the characteristic features in MRI, and it is possible to diagnosis intracranial lymphoma before operation.更多还原
