【摘要】 目的:通过对异位妊娠误诊病例的分析,了解误诊原因,以及如何避免误诊。方法:回顾分析了1999年1月~2003年6月我院收治的64例异位妊娠误诊的临床资料。结果:误诊的疾病有宫内流产、功能性子宫出血、黄体破裂、盆腔炎、急性胃肠炎、急性阑尾炎、脾破裂及腹痛待查。结论:仔细询问病史,重视鉴别诊断,动态观察HCG和B型超声图像的变化,联合多项检查,综合分析病情可大大提高确诊率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the misdiagnosis causes of ectopic pregnancy,so as to avoid the misdiagnosis of this disease.Methods:The clinical data of 64 cases of ectopic pregnancy who were misdiagnosed as other diseases from January 1999 to June 2003 treated in our hospital were analysed retrospectively.Results:The misdiagnosis diseases were as follows:intrauterine abortion,functional metrorrhagia,rupture of yellow body,pelvic inflammation,acute gastroenteritis,acute appendicitis,rupture of spleen and abdominalgia inspected.Conclusion:The rate of making definite diagnosis can be improved greatly through the following ways,such as inquiring the medical history carefully,paying attention to differential diagnosis,observing the changes of HCG and image of B-mode ultrasound dynamically,uniting multiple inspections and analysing the patient’s condition synthetically.更多还原
