【摘要】 目的:探讨Shouldice法疝修补术在临床中的应用。方法:回顾总结1998年7月￣2004年12月间应用Shouldice法疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝47例的临床疗效。结果:47例中1例出现并发症,全组随访1～7年,无1例复发。结论:Shouldice法疝修补术具有缝合低张力,更符合腹股沟区生理解剖结构,复发率低的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical application of shouldice hernia repa ir.Methods:47 patients with inguinal heria by shouldice hernia repair from July 1998 to December 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among the 47 patient s,only one developed complication.With a follow-up of 1~7 years,none of them occ urred recurrence.Conclusion:Shouldice hernia repair possesses the advantages of lower tension in suture,more consistent with inguinal physiological and anatomic al structure and lower recurrence rate.更多还原
