【摘要】 目的:探讨老年人上消化道出血及导致死亡的原因。方法:回顾性总结分析上消化道出血老年组100例,并与同期非老年组82例相比较。结果:老年人上消化道出血病因主要为消化性溃病56例,占56%;胃癌15例,占15%。发生低血压或休克老年组16例,非老年组7例(P<0.05),使用阿司匹林抗凝药物,老年组23例,非老年组6例(P<0.01),老年组死亡22例,其中18例因全身慢性疾病恶化和出血后并发症死亡;非老年组死亡6例(P<0.01)。结论:消化性溃疡是老年人上消化道出血的主要病因,其次为胃癌。全身慢性疾病恶化和出血后并发症是影响老年人上消化道出血预后的重要原因,尤其是肺部感染、心脑血管疾病是主要的死亡原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the causes of hemorrhage and death of upper digestive tract hemorrhage in old people.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in senile group were analysed retrospectively,and compared with those of 82 patients in non-senile group at the same period.Results:Classically,the major cause of disease of upper digestive tract hemorrhage in old people was peptic ulcer in 56 cases(56%),carcinoma of stomach in 15 cases(15%).Hypotension or shock developed in 16 cases in senile group and 7 cases in non-senile group(P<0.05).Anticogulant drug such as aspirin was used in 23 cases in senile group and 6 cases in non-senile group(P<0.01).22 cases in senile group and 6 cases in non-senile group died of deterioration of general chronic disease and compliation of bleeding(P<0.01).Conclusion:The major cause of disease of upper digestive tract hemorrahe in old people was peptic ulcer,next one was carcinoma of stomach.The deterioration of general chronic disease and complication of bleeding were the important causes for affecting the prognosis of upper digestive tract hemorrhage in old people,especially the pulmonary infection and cardio-cerebro-vascular disease were the major causes of death.更多还原
