【摘要】 目的总结肝移植术后病人在ICU监护期间的护理经验。方法通过对3例肝移植术后病人在ICU期间的生命体征、排斥反应、预防感染等的监测,总结肝移植术后的护理重点及方法。结果3例患者中2例治愈出院,1例正接受康复治疗。住院期间1例发生肺部感染,其余未出现并发症。结论细致的早期监测与护理,可减少术后并发症,提高肝移植成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the nursing experience in patients after liver transplantation monitored in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:3 patients after liver transplantation in ICU were monitored,including vital sign,reject reaction,preventive infection and so on.Results:Of 3 cases of liver transplantation,2 were cured,only one received rehabilitation.There was one case of pulmonary infection in the period of hospitalization,other complication was not found.Conclusion:Carefully monitoring and early nursing can reduce the complication and improve the successful rate of liver transplantation.更多还原
